Commercial Development Executive
Our goal is to offer people the fastest and easiest way to order from great cafes and restaurants.
Join Bamboo as a commercial development executive to help us strategically grow early on. In this position, you will play a key role in the rapid growth of the Bamboo platform by reaching out to local merchants and commercial partners with great person to person communication skills.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Signing up and on-boarding new partners to the platform - from independent cafes to high volume restaurant chains
- Develop and maintain your own sales pipeline - From lead to on-boarding
- Manage and build relationships between Bamboo and partner merchants.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals.
- This isn't an office job - you'll spend a lot of your time in the field engaging with potential partners and on-boarding partners
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Someone ready and willing to work in a scrappy, fast paced startup environment
- 1+ years of experience (inside sales or sales) - even better if within a tech company
- Hungry, driven, competitive and hard-working candidates
- Experience in executing full sales cycles from email/phone to personal sales
- A highly customer-focused mindset and consultative sales approach
- The ability to learn quickly
- Self awareness - you're working with restaurant owners and staff; some previous hospitality experience is a plus
